DESIGN PROCESS

We believe in a close association between the design and the delivery of projects.
Our experience has highlighted four areas where clients require reassurance.

Design

Working with the client to formulate a brief that reflects their requirements.
Illustrating design solutions in response to the brief.

Cost of Construction

Provide accurate costs and budget breakdown through the design process based upon drawings, specifications and production information.
Encourage a positive relationship between the client and contractor to ensure that all costs are transparent and that the project remains within the agreed contract sum.

Programme

Work closely with the contractor and the client to ensure that the team-work required to deliver the quality of construction on budget and within the contract period is achieved.

Building Performance

The aim is to be as carbon efficient as possible during the design and construction process,while ensuring that the on going environmental performance of the complete building is maintained.
